Refund Policy
Last updated 11 August 2026
Kronika is operated by Allen Jacob Bulenga. You may request a refund of your Kronika Premium purchase within 14 days of the order date. After that 14-day window the purchase is non-refundable, and renewal payments are non-refundable once taken — you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all Kronika orders. Contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll help you through it.
Cancelling instead
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Premium then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
After a refund or cancellation
Your Premium features end, but nothing you created is deleted. Your entries, photos, video and voice recordings stay exactly where they are and remain viewable and downloadable. If you are over the free storage allowance you simply won't be able to upload new media until you are back under it or subscribe again.
Nothing here affects statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law.
